Ideal candidates will have a strong background in recruiting, sales, and account management, with energy and persistence to grow national or mid-market accounts. This role emphasizes recruitment management, candidate engagement, and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Sales, BD, Account Management, or Recruiter role.
• Proven sales track record in a business environment.
• Energetic, competitive, persistent, organized, commission-motivated.
• Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: grow client base through strategic outreach (video calls, calls, in-person).
• Relationship Building: engage hiring managers and executives to generate opportunities.
• Recruitment Management: source, screen, and present candidates; manage hiring process end-to-end.
• Candidate Engagement: build relationships with top candidates and conduct interviews.
• Pipeline Maintenance: maintain a steady stream of prospective business and placements.
