You’ll guide clients through refinance/first lien or HELOC processes, ensure compliance with laws, and collaborate with partners for smooth file flow. The role offers a generous pay range and growth within Carrington’s Retail Lending team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, HELOAN and HELOC products.
• Knowledge of refinance transactions.
• Familiarity with Carrington guidelines and investor requirements.
• Experience with mortgage origination software and technologies.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, connect, and build rapport with customers by making outbound calls to company-sourced leads and taking inbound calls.
• Guide customers to mortgage products by listening to needs and collecting documents to close.
• Follow up with customers to ensure high levels of service and compliance.
• Adhere to disclosure requirements when interacting with customers.
• Coordinate with business partners to ensure efficient file flow.
