Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Retail Loan Officer to guide customers through purchase or refinance mortgages. You will manage outbound and inbound calls, provide loan options, collect documents, and ensure a seamless, compliant process from application to close.

Qualifications

Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA and USDA products.
Experience with purchase and refinance transactions.
Ability to learn Carrington underwriting guidelines quickly.

Responsibilities

Prospect and connect with customers via outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
Guide customers to mortgage options and collect documents to close loans.
Follow up to ensure high level of service and timely processing.
Adhere to all disclosure requirements for phone, email and SMS interactions.
Partner with business teams to ensure efficient file flow.
