Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Loan Officer II to serve as a Consumer Direct inside sales mortgage originator in Tempe, AZ. You will advise customers on mortgage options and guide them through refinance or HELOC processes, ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet sales goals. Target pay range is $125k–$300k+ annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC/USDA products.
• Knowledge of Carrington underwriting guidelines and investor requirements.
• Knowledge of Carrington loan origination system.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, connect and build rapport with customers from company-sourced leads.
• Guide customers through refinance/first lien or home equity mortgage processes.
• Collect documents and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements.
• Partner with business units to ensure a smooth file flow and timely closings.
