What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and cultivate new commercial business prospects within the automotive industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage an existing territory to drive growth and profitability
- Deliver sales presentations to clients, both in-person and via Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate with field team members to enhance customer relationships and ensure seamless program implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in Outside Sales, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and no prior experience required
- Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology
- Familiarity with insurance industry regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses in required states
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or more years of Business to Business sales experience
- Familiarity with sales principles and terminology specific to the Auto Dealership environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Licensed to sell insurance in required states
- Experience analyzing financial statements
