Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to navigate the territory.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self‑motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory.
• Travel to the territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen.
• Use mapping program and company applications to record house-to-house information.
• Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and comply with municipality permitting.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager to propose ideas to improve the program.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methods, products, and current promotions, including Signature Service expertise.

Job Overview

Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 an hour and is based on several factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. The recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Primary Purpose

This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser records accurate data regarding prospective customer information and targeted market areas, and is eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Vigorously generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in the assigned territory, producing qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
• Transport yourself to the assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
• Utilize the Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data tracking.
• Maintain a courteous, neat, clean appearance in the required uniform and obtain required municipality permitting.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager to propose ideas that improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program and policies.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and current promotional offerings, including becoming a Signature Service expert.
