Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation, freight carriers, and postal logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and USPS software.
• Willingness to learn Window Book, USPS PostalOne, and Mail.dat systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily postal shipping and logistics for high-volume mail production and fulfillment.
• Manage USPS documentation, mail inductions, and carrier activities to meet deadlines.
• Monitor schedules and communicate status to departments for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Accounting, and Postal Operations teams.
• Review shipping records, bills of lading, and postal documentation for compliance.
• Prepare USPS documentation using Window Book and Mail.dat per regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper postage billing and reconciliation.
• Track delivery performance and identify efficiency improvements.
