Job summary

Moore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced production logistics, handling paper stock, envelopes, inserts, packaging, and finished mail products. You will maintain inventory accuracy, assist production schedules, and ensure timely shipment of customer mailings while following quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, operating forklifts, organizing storage, staging materials, and completing shipping docs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Store and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pull and stage supplies for production jobs.
• Deliver materials to production departments as scheduled.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
