Job summary

Moore in Elkwood, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced direct mail production operations. You will receive, store, move, and ship materials such as paper stock, envelopes, inserts, and packaging, while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety standards.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in warehouse work, ability to obtain forklift certification, and solid teamwork, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and safely operate equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reading and understanding work orders, receiving documents, and inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Load and unload with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Store and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pull and stage paper, envelopes, inserts, and supplies for production.
• Deliver materials to production departments per schedules.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with palletizing and labeling.
• Assist with USPS mail preparation and mail transportation tasks.
• Perform inventory transactions and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
