Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in selling direct hire and permanent placement.
• Background in Finance & Accounting, Office & Administration, Healthcare, HR or Business Operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to connect with others via phone, video, social media and in-person meetings.
• Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment.
• Experience with digital tools and Google Suite; proficient with Gmail, calendar and shared drives.

Responsibilities

• Sell direct hire solutions within BAO by identifying and engaging prospects.
• Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers through multiple channels.
• Drive revenue and gross margin via high-impact sales activities, including cold calling and client meetings.
• Generate gross profit through personal production and meeting revenue and gross margin goals.
• Negotiate direct hire/permanent fees to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality solutions.
• Source, recruit, interview and select candidates.
• Offer innovative workforce solutions and diagnose gaps to exceed client and candidate expectations.
