Job summary

Jackson Healthcare is seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter across Jackson Pharmacy Professionals, Jackson Therapy Partners, and Jackson Health Pros. The role sources, screens, and places healthcare clinicians in permanent roles nationwide, managing end-to-end recruitment with a focus on building a robust candidate pipeline and delivering top talent to clients.

• At least 1 year of recruiting or related sales experience.
• Strong customer service and ability to build relationships.

• Excellent communicator with strong phone and messaging skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize tasks.
