Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners in Maitland, FL is seeking a travel therapy recruiter who owns the full lifecycle from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and successful placements.

You will build and maintain a strong pipeline, exceed performance goals, advise clinicians on career opportunities, and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience; this role offers a hybrid schedule and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a competitive drive and passion for achieving goals.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and navigating CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in Maitland, Florida office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for clinicians, helping guide career decisions and placement opportunities.
• Negotiate compensation and placement packages that create value for both clinicians and clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication and support with traveling clinicians to increase satisfaction, retention, and future opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to create a seamless experience from initial contact through assignment completion.
