• Experience in a high-volume, metric-driven recruiting environment.
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Able to manage 15–20 open positions concurrently.
• Excellent communication with candidates and clients.
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Conduct candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and culture fit.

Pay:$70,000 to $75,000/year

Experience:

1. Agency recruiting experience is required. Candidates must have experience working in an agency/staffing recruiting environment; corporate or internal recruiting experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.
2. Direct hire recruiting experience is required. This role will support a mix of direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire positions, with the majority being direct hire.

Job Description:

8. Receive and create new job orders from clients, ensuring all requirements and position details are documented accurately.
9. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workplace culture, and position requirements.
10. Conduct client intake discussions and gather information necessary to identify and present qualified candidates.
11. Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to candidates and employees to support successful placements and retention.
12. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding activities.
13. Monitor candidate and client satisfaction while addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
14. Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
15. Meet recruiting, placement, and activity goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Position Requirements:

1. Experience working in a high-volume, metric-driven recruiting environment.
2. Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
3. Competitive, driven, and motivated by hitting goals and making hires.
4. Boolean search skills and the ability to creatively source and identify candidates.
5. Comfortable managing and prioritizing 15–20 open positions at a time.
6. Strong sense of urgency and ability to actively hunt for candidates, rather than relying solely on applicants.
7. Comfortable conducting in-person interviews when possible, with video interviews used when an in-person meeting isn't practical.
