Job summary

Graham Personnel Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter who thrives on building relationships and placing top talent. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities with a focus on professional, healthcare, and light industrial roles.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer, and use ATS and recruiting software to stay ahead of market trends while delivering a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience recruiting exempt, professional, technical, healthcare, accounting, engineering, management, or other salaried professionals
• Strong networking, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and engage candidates for direct hire opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidate experience, skills, and career goals.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process.
• Build strong talent pipelines through referrals, networking, social media, job boards, and other sourcing methods.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand needs and culture.
• Attend client meetings and provide recruiting expertise and market insights.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Facilitate candidate and client communication throughout the interview process.
• Assist with offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do

Connect Top Talent with Great Opportunities

Help clients secure top talent while helping candidates advance their careers.

Stay Ahead of the Market

Utilize recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Stay informed on hiring trends, recruiting best practices, and local labor market conditions.

Share insights and recommendations with leadership and clients.

Maintain Excellence

Keep accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.

Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Support the team by contributing to recruiting goals and ongoing process improvements.
