Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct phone, video, and in‑person interviews while building lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidate shortlists.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, and placements.
• Track metrics and maintain accurate records in our ATS.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or high‑volume environment preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools is a plus.
