Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide in-home, personalized support and companionship to clients in their own homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments, while ensuring safety and confidentiality in a home-care setting. Training is provided, and the role offers flexible hours in a part-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening; eligible for Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance; must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Assist with transfers and mobility to prevent falls.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping (tidy living spaces and laundry).
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, outings, and activities.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team in the Phoenix area. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely

• Give medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry

• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions

• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients

• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

• You must have a reliable means of transportation.

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
