Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping for clients in the community. No prior experience or certifications are necessary; in-person and online training are provided to help you start confidently.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, meal planning, and escorting clients to appointments and social activities, while safeguarding client

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide fall prevention, transfers, and safe movement assistance.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals per dietary needs.
• Escort clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversations.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to appropriate parties.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.

• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely

• Give medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry

• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions

• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients

• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

• You must have a reliable means of transportation.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
