Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC in the Phoenix area seeks compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide in-home companionship and assistance with activities of daily living for clients in their own homes.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and the chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting seniors to age safely at home.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and assist with mobility as needed; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information.
