Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in the Tucson area to provide personalized in-home care and companionship. Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal planning, and safe transport to appointments and social activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information.
