Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in Phoenix to provide companion care and ADL assistance. Training is provided in person and online, with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and escorting clients to appointments, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening; eligible for AZ Level 1 fingerprint clearance.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds and assist with client mobility.

• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and safe movement.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping: tidying spaces and laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals per dietary needs.
• Escort clients to appointments and social activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report them.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely

• Give medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry

• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions

• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients

• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

• You must have a reliable means of transportation.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
