Job summary

Homestead of Mason City is seeking full-time Direct Care Workers for day and night shifts. You will provide direct care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime service.

Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course is required upon hire; the role offers a supportive, employee-friendly environment with competitive salaries and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Medication Aide or complete the 10-hour medication manager course on hire.
• Experience delivering direct care and assisting with ADLs preferred.
• Ability to perform housekeeping and meal service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, focusing on activities of daily living.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Support mealtime service and other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
