Job summary

Homestead of Mason City is seeking full-time Direct Care Workers for day and night shifts. You will provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities and daily chores, including housekeeping and mealtime service.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course is required upon hire.
• Ability to provide direct care to residents and support daily living activities.
• Good communication and teamwork with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to facility residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime service.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Executive Director.
