Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to provide compassionate, in-home support 1:1 with recipients. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients pursue personal goals in their home environment.

Positions include full-time and part-time hours with a flexible schedule. You will work in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan, participate in training, and have opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Assist with community activities to promote goals outside the home environment.
• Follow care plans and document progress as required.
