Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping with daily activities and skill-building. You will encourage independence and participate in community outings to advance personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassionate care, clear communication, and dependable transportation to assignments.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
