Wellspring Lutheran Services, through Bethesda at Wellspring in Frankenmuth, seeks a Lead Direct Care Professional to mentor staff and deliver patient-centered care in a home-like setting.

You will guide Direct Care Professionals, assist with personal care and daily activities, and coordinate community outings while promoting independence and dignity for residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead Direct Care Professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Support meal planning and preparation respecting dietary preferences.
