Job summary

Source of Hope is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate, hands-on care for individuals in their homes and communities. The role offers full-time and part-time options, with a focus on dependable, respectful service and meaningful daily impact.

As a DSP, you will assist with personal care, meals and routines, mobility support, and transportation to appointments while following care plans and receiving ongoing training to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility needs and transfers if needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Monitor well-being and report updates.
• Follow individualized care plans.
