Job summary

Source of Hope in Buckeye, AZ is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals in their homes and communities. We’re looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work and a quick start.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, transportation, and provide medication reminders under supervision of the care team. Immediate start with both full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Must pass background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping
• Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed)
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Provide medication reminders (per care plan)
• Monitor well-being and report updates
• Follow individualized care plans
