Source of Hope is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in their homes and communities in Tucson, Arizona. Immediate start for full-time and part-time roles with consistent hours are available.

As a DSP, you will help with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility support, and transportation to appointments. A valid driver's license is preferred and a background check is required. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful, hands-on care.

Formación

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Must pass background check

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping
• Support mobility needs and transfers if needed
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Provide medication reminders per care plan
• Monitor well-being and report updates
• Follow individualized care plans
