Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking compassionate team members to join our Day Habilitation program, empowering adults with developmental disabilities to gain independence and confidence.

You will provide 1:1 and group support, help with daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with clinical teams, families, and community partners to deliver meaningful, person-centered care. This role offers a supportive, mission-driven environment with training, benefits, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
• Tuberculosis screening within the previous 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group support based on individualized service plans
• Help individuals develop skills in communication, self-care, and daily living
• Implement care plans developed by clinical teams (OT, PT, Speech, Nursing, Behavioral)
• Track progress and complete clear, professional documentation
• Support community engagement, including transportation and activities
• Assist with hands-on care needs, including mobility and dietary support
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual programming
• Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners
• Serve as a positive role model, promoting safe and respectful environments
