Qualifications

• Able to complete CPR/First Aid and Safe Crisis Management Training.
• Must pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, and Motor Vehicle Clearances.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medication for clients.
• Assist clients with ADLs in their homes.
• Drive clients to appointments and activities.
• Perform general property and household chores.
• Complete documentation on an electronic medical record.
• Advocate for clients living with mental health disorders.

Job Duties

• Medication monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/truck)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders
