Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services is seeking a Direct Care Professional in Chambersburg, PA. The role is full-time with pay starting at $14.28 per hour, increasing with experience.

Responsibilities include medication monitoring, assisting clients with ADLs, and transporting clients to appointments using an agency vehicle. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, PA clearances, CPR/First Aid and Safe Crisis Management training, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, and Motor Vehicle Clearances.
• CPR/First Aid and Safe Crisis Management Training required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medications for clients.
• Assist clients with ADLs in their homes (on site).
• Transport clients to appointments in agency vehicle.
• Perform general property and household chores.
• Document in electronic medical record.
