Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass Initial Screening, PACriminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances.
• Physically able to complete CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medication for clients.
• Assist clients in their homes with Activities of Daily Living.
• Drive clients to appointments in agency vehicles.
• Maintain property and household chores.
• Document client interactions on electronic medical records.
• Provide support and advocacy for clients with mental health disorders.
• Offer trauma-informed supportive listening services.

Job Duties

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (onsite) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/activities in an agency vehicle (Van)
• General property/household chores
• Complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders
• Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis
