Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Direct Care Professional for part-time and substitute positions. You'll assist clients with daily living activities, medication monitoring, and transportation while providing compassionate support for those facing mental health disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and must be physically capable of performing CPR/First Aid. Work schedules may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physically able to complete CPR/First Aid and Safe Crisis Management Training.
Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Monitor medication for clients.
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living in their homes.
Drive clients to appointments in agency vehicles.
Complete household chores as needed.
Provide documentation in electronic medical records.
Advocate for clients with chronic mental health disorders.
