Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services in Chambersburg, PA, is hiring for a full-time client services role focused on medication monitoring and in-home assistance. You will drive clients to appointments, assist with ADLs, and complete documentation in an EMR. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass background checks (PA Criminal) and motor vehicle clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training is preferred.
• Ability to document care and services in an electronic medical record (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Perform medication monitoring and support clients in their homes (on-site).
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Transport clients to appointments using an agency vehicle.
• Perform general property and household chores as needed.
• Complete documentation in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for clients with chronic mental health disorders.

Must be available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays. Time and a half pay for Holidays.

Job Duties
