Qualifications

• Must pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances.
• Physically able to perform CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication monitoring.
• Assist clients in their homes with daily living activities.
• Drive clients to appointments in agency vehicles.
• Complete documentation on electronic medical records.
• Offer support and advocacy for clients with chronic mental health disorders.
• Provide trauma-informed listening services.

Skills

Job Duties

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (Van)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
• Provide trauma‑informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis.
