Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, behavioral health, criminal justice or related field.
• Three clearances and a training certificate: PA ChildLine, PA State Police, FBI Fingerprint Check and Mandated Reporting training.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals by connecting them to community resources and services, including housing eligibility and medical assistance.
• Screen individuals involved with the court system for mental health concerns.
• Learn and apply Trauma-Informed Care in daily practice.
• Build rapport quickly with individuals needing behavioral health resources.
• Communicate effectively with other entities to meet client needs.
