Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services Residential Program in Hanover, PA seeks an Overnight Direct Care Professional on a set Tue and Thu overnight schedule (11pm-9am). Pay starts at $14.28 per hour and increases with experience.

The role supports residents with activities of daily living, behavioral health services, and trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include medication monitoring, transportation in an agency vehicle, and documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances.
• Physically able to complete CPR/First Aid.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (Van)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (EMR)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for clients with chronic mental health disorders
• Provide trauma-informed supportive listening during crises
