Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services Residential Program in Hanover, PA is seeking a part-time caregiver for overnight shifts (11pm–9am) on Tuesdays and Thursdays to support residents with daily living activities, medication monitoring, and transport using an agency van.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to pass screenings, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid. Benefits include PTO, 401K with company match, and Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances.
• Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (Van)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
• Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis.
