Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing supportive care and encouragement for skill-building activities. You will help recipients grow personal goals and also accompany them to community activities to expand experiences beyond the home.

We offer full and part-time positions with paid training and a flexible schedule. A dependable mode of transportation is important to attend assignments and community outings,

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must pass required background checks and screenings.
