Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking Direct Care Professionals to work in residential programs supporting adults with brain injuries. You will assist with daily activities, provide home and personal care, and help transport residents to appointments while maintaining safety and dignity.

No formal education is required as extensive on-the-job training is offered. A valid driver’s license, ability to perform tasks, and a background check are required. MAP certification can increase pay.

Qualifications

• No educational requirements; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 6 months and good driving record.
• Must be physically capable of tasks to ensure resident safety.
• Background check required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Help with Daily Activities: assist with eating, dressing, and using equipment.
• Home support: cook, clean, laundry, groceries, keep home cozy.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Write daily notes and track important information.
• Support residents in achieving personal goals.
• Administer medications after training.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
• Teamwork: follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with staff.
