The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or an associate degree) with relevant experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one year of relevant social/direct care experience or an Associate degree in a related field.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Completed Crisis Intervention training.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of assigned areas and exits.
• Supervise and provide daily living assistance to individuals with IDD.
• Document goal progress and activity notes in ISP.
• Provide engagement and training activities for individuals supported.
• Carry out assigned duties including CPR/First Aid training as required.
• Assist individuals in transportation to and from activities.
