Job summary

Willows Way, Inc. is seeking a Full Time DSP Floater in Saint Charles, MO. You will earn $23.50 per hour with 36 hours guaranteed and a 5-day work week. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 2pm-11pm, with floors allowing travel to multiple homes in the St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.

Floater duties include assisting individuals with I/DD, completing documentation, and supporting daily living, personal care, and community participation. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years full-time experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Floaters must be able to work in all homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Background checks and required trainings to be completed.
• Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required documentation including medication records, daily notes and client goals.
• Support individuals to promote self-determination and community relationships.
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, chores, shopping, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual served.

FULL TIME DSP FLOATER| $23.50 per hour

Paid weekly, 36 hours guaranteed - 5-day work week

Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday - shifts between 2pm-11pm

Floaters work in varying locations. Days worked will remain consistent, but Floater must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• - 1+ Years Full Time experience supporting individuals with I/DD is required.
• -Floaters must be able to work in all homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• -High School Diploma or equivalent
• -At least 18 years of age
• -Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation required
• -Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.
• -Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs
• -Flexibility and Reliability

• -Excellent communication skills
• -Floaters are responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, clients, and guardians.

CORE RESPONSIBLITIES

• Complete all required documentation to include medication record, daily notes, progress on client goals and outcomes, and financial transactions.
• Support each individual so that s/he will feel a sense of self-determination, security, and have an opportunity to have meaningful relationships with others in their community.
• Assist clients with daily life activities including personal care/hygiene, household chores, shopping, and recreational and social activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual served.
