Willows Way, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes. No experience required; paid training provided for entry-level positions.

Full- and part-time shifts are available in North St. Louis County and St. Charles County (St. Peters and O'Fallon). Willows Way offers competitive benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Aufgaben

• Support individuals to promote self-determination and community connections.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care, chores, shopping, and recreation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Complete medication records, observations, goals progress, and financial transactions.
• ISL program clients receive 24/7 support at home; some weekend shifts required.

DSP - Direct Support Professional in Client Home

(No Experience Required. Paid Training provided)

Full and Part-Time Shifts in North St. Louis Co. and St. Charles Co.
(St. Peters and O'Fallon)

CORE RESPONSIBLITIES

• Support each individual so that he/she will feel a sense of self-determination, security, and have the opportunity to have meaningful relationships with others in their community.
• Assist clients with daily life activities including personal care, bathing, house-hold chores, shopping, recreational and social activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual served.

• Complete all required documentation to include medication record, observation notes, progress of clients’ goals and outcomes, and financial transactions.
• Individuals in ISL program receive support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week while living in their own homes.
• Shift times and hours vary from each home.All DSP'sare expected to work some weekend shifts.
