Willows Way, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the R.I.S.E Day Program in St. Charles, MO.

This PRN position offers meaningful work supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and on-site activities. Hourly pay is $21.50, with a commitment to safety, compassion, and compassionate care. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license with insurance, and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Clean background checks are required.
• Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to obtain Class E License and drive large vans.

Responsibilities

• The Direct Support Professional assists individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful activities on site at Willows Way and in the community.
• Provide mobility and hygiene assistance as needed.
• Engage participants in planned activities and outings to promote inclusion.

CORE RESPONSIBLITIES

The RISE Direct Support Professional assists people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful activities in the community and on site at Willows Way. The DSP explores the individual’s interests and matches those interests with fun and fulfilling activities.

• Paid Weekly
• MILEAGE Reimbursement at .76cents per mile
• Must have a Class E Driver's License
