Job summary

Willows Way, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Part Time) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and on-site activities in Missouri.

The role emphasizes a positive, reliable, patient approach, with opportunities to drive and support mobility and daily hygiene tasks. Typical schedule includes several shifts; benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18.

Part Time R.I.S.E Day Program
Direct Support Professional

Full Time - Benefit Eligible

Typical Schedule: Monday-8:30am to 3:30pm
Thursday- 8:30am to 3:30pm
Friday - 8:30am to 3:30pm

Additional Availability May be Required for program or client transportation needs

** $21.50per hour**

CORE RESPONSIBLITIES

The RISE Direct Support Professional assists people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful activities in the community and on site at Willows Way. The DSP explores the individual’s interests and matches those interests with fun and fulfilling activities.
