Job summary

Willows Way, Inc. is seeking a full-time DSP floater to support individuals with I/DD across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. The role offers $23.50 per hour with 36 guaranteed hours weekly, scheduled Tue-Sat from 2pm to 11pm.

Floater duties include documentation, daily living assistance, companionship, and community involvement support, with ongoing training and background checks. The position requires reliable transportation and CPR/FA credentials.

Qualifications

• 1+ Years Full Time experience supporting individuals with I/DD is required.
• Floaters must be able to work in all homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.
• Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs

• Excellent communication skills
• Floaters are responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, clients, and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required documentation to include medication record, daily notes, progress on client goals and outcomes, and financial transactions.
• Support each individual so that s/he will feel a sense of self-determination, security, and have an opportunity to have meaningful relationships with others in their community.
• Assist clients with daily life activities including personal care/hygiene, household chores, shopping, and recreational and social activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual served.

Quality Supports for Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Since 1990 FULL TIME DSP FLOATER| $23.50 per hour

Paid weekly, 36 hours guaranteed - 5-day work week
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday - shifts between 2pm-11pm

Floaters work in varying locations. Days worked will remain consistent, but Floater must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.
