Sunnyhill, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Floater in the St. Louis, MO area to assist individuals with IDD in daily activities, promote independence, and support personal goals. You will be part of a caring team dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

This role requires availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnights with a flexible schedule and opportunities for training and advancement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Empower and assist individuals with daily activities and independence.
• Lead community outings and recreational activities.
• Support personal goals and maintain detailed records for care plans.
