Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a Direct Care BCBA to provide hands-on ABA therapy to children and families in home, school, daycare, and community settings across Virginia. This in-person role emphasizes real-time progress and meaningful outcomes.

You'll work with families, collaborate with schools, and have initial assessments handled by a Clinical Assessor so you can focus on treatment plans, progress monitoring, and client success. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism preferred.
• Passion for direct client care and family collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients.

What You'll Do:

• Pay Range: $70- $95/hour

• Location: Richmond & Surrounding Areas, VA
