Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Virginia. This part-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA.
The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with families and treatment teams, and supporting meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour
- Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff, as assigned.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments.
- Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and assessment summaries.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.
Certification Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA®) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment.
- Must maintain all required certifications, licensure, and continuing education requirements throughout employment.
