Job summary

EzCare ABA in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead quality ABA care for children with autism. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, adjusting goals, and ensuring ethical, regulatory compliance while working with a responsive, multidisciplinary team in a hybrid, part-time role in the Richmond area.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
